What are the signs that I need sewer excavation services?
Repairing a sewer line or septic system is a major project. It often involves digging up sections of your yard and can take several days to complete. However, excavation becomes absolutely necessary if you notice warning signs like:
- Water pressure problems: A gradual drop in water pressure often points to a leak caused by corroded water or sewer lines. In severe situations, this can even lead to sewage backing up into your toilets, sinks, and bathtubs.
- Sagging floors: A severe sewer line leak can wash away soil and compromise your home’s foundation, causing your floors to bow or sag. If you notice this happening, call a plumber immediately—foundation damage puts your entire home at risk.
