I had asked Will to first use the video scope to see where the clog was, and the condition of the drain pipe. Will came after hours to our basement apartment because a water line burst leading to a large amount of water into our bedroom though the wall. He arrived quickly and with a smile on. We had a late night catastrophic water damage from a blown pipe that was deemed okay by Reliance Home Comfort🤥🤦.
